1. What products do you sell?
We offer a premium range of imitation jewellery including:
American Diamond (AD) jewellery
Kundan jewellery
Semi-Precious stone pieces
Anti-Tarnish jewellery
Bridal, partywear & dailywear collections
All products are crafted with great care to match style, durability, and uniqueness.
2. Are your products real gold or diamond?
No.
All our jewellery is imitation / artificial jewellery.
Some items may have gold-plated or micro-plated finishes, but they are not made of real gold or diamonds.
3. Do the jewellery items tarnish?
Most of our products come with anti-tarnish coating, but:
Exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, or chemicals may still cause tarnish over time.
Proper care increases the life of the jewellery.
We also provide Jewellery Care Instructions if you need them.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Debit/Credit cards
Wallets (as supported by our payment gateway)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected pincodes
All payments are processed securely.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes.
7. How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1β3 business days
Delivery time: 3β7 business days depending on your location
Remote areas may take longer.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
Tracking number
Courier partner name
Tracking link (if provided)
You can track your parcel until delivery.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Take a clear unboxing video from the start
Email us within 24 hours at saroyalfashions@gmail.com
Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund (as per policy)
10. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns only if:
The item is damaged
You received the wrong product
You contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof
Due to hygiene reasons, returns/exchanges are not accepted for earrings, used jewellery, customised items, or sale items.
11. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

12. Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only ship within India.
But in future, we will try to offer international delivery.
13. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately.
If the order has not been shipped, we will update the address.
If already shipped, reshipping charges may apply.
14. How should I store and care for my jewellery?
To increase the life of your jewellery:
Keep away from water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals
Store in an airtight box or zip-lock pouch
Wipe gently after use
Avoid rough handling
15. Do you restock sold-out products?
Some products are restocked, but many are limited stock items.
