Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY – SA Royal Fashions

At SA Royal Fashions, we aim to deliver high-quality imitation jewellery. However, due to hygiene, product sensitivity, and customization, returns and refunds are limited.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Important:
Unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the start—no cuts or edits.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene & wear-related concerns, the following are not eligible:

  • Earrings

  • Necklaces worn by the customer

  • Customised or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale products

  • Normal wear, tarnish, discoloration

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery


3. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only when:

  • The product is verified as damaged/incorrect.

  • The return is approved after inspection.

Refund Method:

  • Store credit / Gift card

  • Bank transfer / UPI (for prepaid orders)

Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only if:

  • The received item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Customer raises a request within 24 hours.

Replacement will be shipped after verification.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Orders cancelled before shipping may be refunded.
