At SA Royal Fashions, we aim to deliver high-quality imitation jewellery. However, due to hygiene, product sensitivity, and customization, returns and refunds are limited.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Important:
Unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the start—no cuts or edits.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene & wear-related concerns, the following are not eligible:

Earrings
-
Necklaces worn by the customer

Customised or special-order items
-
Clearance or sale products
-
Normal wear, tarnish, discoloration

Damage due to mishandling after delivery
3. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only when:

The product is verified as damaged/incorrect.

The return is approved after inspection.
Refund Method:

Store credit / Gift card
-
Bank transfer / UPI (for prepaid orders)
Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on the bank.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only if:

The received item is damaged or incorrect.

Customer raises a request within 24 hours.
Replacement will be shipped after verification.
5. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Orders cancelled before shipping may be refunded.
